II just couldn't help myself. Unreal Engine's MetaHumans are so incredible that I couldn't just test them out...I had to put them in something silly. This short wasn't a planned thing.
I did it in three days but that just goes to show how Unreal and motion capture can unleash your creativity if you have a burst of inspiration! The first thing you'll notice is a lot of bizarre animation bugs.
The MetaHumans are in beta so I'm confident the models will be easier to work with when the feature launches later this year but I was certainly having issues. I had to shoot around the things I couldn't figure out. I just left the weird stuff in there because...why not?
